  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) PayPal Commercial and non profit can pay with checks - PROCESS: under initial sign up and payment, include a method that they can pay by check if needed.
  • Can I pay with Venmo or Cash App?
    Yes, we accept Venmo and Cash App for personal payments. Commercial and non-profit payments can be made by check.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    For residential services, we ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Otherwise, we charge a cancellation fee of $50 USD.
  • How do I sign up for services?
    Signing up for our services is easy! Simply visit our website and fill out the registration form. You will be prompted to provide your contact information and choose your preferred services. Once you submit the form, one of our representatives will contact you to confirm your registration.
  • Do you offer subscriptions?
    Yes, we offer subscriptions for our services. Our subscriptions are designed to provide you with regular, ongoing service at a discounted rate. You can choose the frequency of your service and the length of your subscription when you sign up.
